We know the feeling – getting back into the swing of things after the Christmas period isn’t always easy, but it doesn’t have to be impossible and This Girl Can have got your back. The new year presents the perfect opportunity to shake things up, have fun and feel amazing – with a little help from This Girl Can Classes. New year, new moves!

Could your workout routine do with a new year refresh? Say no more. Welcome to the world of judgement-free group exercise. We’ve designed our classes with you in mind, to get you moving and loving every second. At This Girl Can Classes, you can try various exercise styles, helping you gain confidence, ability and most importantly, enjoyment. Don’t overthink it – we’ll guide you through two short blocks of exercise, with a (much needed!) rest interval in between. Each main block of activity will be different each week, giving you a flavour of different exercise class styles including dance fitness, box fitness and yoga inspired stretch. With a banging playlist and nothing to lose, we’re offering something a little different from your average gym class. If you’re getting into exercise after a break or even for the very first time, this is the place to start. We’re here to help you find your feet and a have few laughs along the way.

Balancing your workouts, social life, and day-to-day commitments can be tough. At a This Girl Can Class you have the opportunity to mix movement with memories and make long -lasting friendships with participants that have the same thoughts and fears as you. There’s always time to chat to your instructor and other participants about how you found the class and suggest anything we can do to improve your experience. The beauty of This Girl Can Classes is that we’re all in the same boat, feel the same nerves and have very similar fitness levels; we’re here to take on the world of group exercise together.

If at first, you don’t succeed…

Keep having fun! If you’re not enjoying yourself, what’s the point? It doesn’t matter if you get the moves wrong the first, second or third time. If you show up, you’ve already won. Go at your own pace and take a break whenever you need it – even if it’s from belly laughing! We’re on a mission to redefine group exercise for all women, everywhere. And we’re so excited for you to join us and be part of our journey.
