For lots of people, exercise can feel like a chore, a pesky box we have to tick off every day. This way of thinking means we find it hard to stick to a routine, because we associate it with a monotonous, obligatory task that we can easily skip when we don’t feel motivated.
Why do we think this way? Some people push themselves too hard and set unrealistic expectations which is stressful for the mind and body, making them hate exercise right from the beginning. Others feel too much pressure from themselves and external sources like social media, to see immediate results – this is disheartening and completely ignores the main reason we should exercise…to FEEL good!

Each main block of activity is different each week, giving you a taster of different exercise class styles. To make sure you leave feeling your best, we’ll guide through a cool down, and enjoy a minute of mindfulness.
